The Product: Underfloor Plugin Hose Systems
Auto Extract System's plugin hose systems are usually installed in new buildings only due to the extensive building works required and are typically installed in new buildings, due to the extensive building works that are required to being installed before a concrete slab is laid.
Underfloor Plugin hose systems feature strong plastic pipework, below the concrete slab, to leave exposed floor plates to the rear of the vehicle bays. Floorplates come complete with suitable plugs attached to suitably sized hoses and nozzles. Plugin hose systems can be specified with either 100mm, 125mm or 150mm diameter exhaust hose.

A Complete LEV System
Plugin hose system should be utilised in conjunction with one of our centrifugal fans to vent the captured vehicle exhaust fumes directly to the atmosphere via a high-velocity cowl, as per HSG258: Controlling Airborne Contaminants at Work: A Guide to Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV).
