The Product
Auto Extract Systems Ltd offer a wide range of open bag filter units which include: efficient bag emptying filters designed for numerous applications, delivering reliable intermediate operation. There are 6 models in the range, with filtration areas ranging from 4.6m² to 28m², handling air volumes from 1,008 m³/h up to 5,076m³/h. The open bag range discharges directly into heavy-duty collection sacks, located beneath the filter plenum. The collection sacks are easily released and locked into position with a rapid over-centre toggle system, ensuring minimum downtime. The range is extremely versatile with multiple options: filter material, enclosures, cleaning operations (manual/automatic) and can be further modified by accepting various fan sizes (increased suction or filter area). Weatherproof enclosed units are available for external positioning. These types of units are for use in conjunction with our extraction range and fixed machine connections.

A Complete LEV System
Open bag filter units should be utilised in conjunction with one of our centrifugal fans to vent the captured vehicle exhaust fumes directly to the atmosphere via a high-velocity cowl, as per HSG258: Controlling Airborne Contaminants at Work: A Guide to Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV).
