Design Requirements

To begin designing your bespoke System we need a floor plan of your workshop area including the following:

  • Location of dust producing machines:
  • Size & location of dust pick ups on each machine.
  • Desired location of dust collector unit. (inside or outside)
  • Heights and clearances for loading and servicing of machines and the extraction plant.
  • Any obstructions that would interfere with the run of the duct.

 

 

AES provides a complete tailor made cost effective solution to your wood dust extraction requirements from initial consultation, design, manufacture and upto turnkey installations if required.

AES can supply and install engineered dust extraction systems comprising bag filters, fine dust filters ,reverse pulse cartridge filters and wet collectors.

All systems supplied are fully compliant with current COSHH and ATEX legislation.

To ensure companies comply with The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) 2002 regulations, amended 2004, AES provides an annual COSHH LEV test service for all dust and fume extraction systems.
