170 degrees C
AES standard temperature rubber hoses are rated for continuous use to a maximum of 180 degrees C in conjunction with an appropriate extraction fan and available in a range of diameters from 75mm to 200mm. The hose construction incorporates a nylon external support helix as standard ensuring good crush recovery in use.
400 degrees C
AES high temperature hoses are rated for continuously use to a maximum of 400 degrees C and available in a range of diameters from 100mm to 150mm in conjunction with an extraction fan . The hose construction incorporates an external metal support helix.
600 degrees C
AES high temperature hoses are rated for continuously use to a maximum of 600 degrees C and available in a range of diameters from 100mm to 150mm in conjunction with an extraction fan . The hose construction incorporates an external metal support helix.
1000 degrees C
AES very high temperature hoses are rated for continuously use to a maximum of 1000 degrees C and available in a range of diameters from 150mm to 250mm in conjunction with an extraction fan . Use of these hoses is in specialist applications only and the advice of the AES design team should be sought in their selection.
