Grabber Nozzle©
A pneumatic `grabber` type nozzle is a patented nozzle capable of 100% fume capture at source and will fit on any of your exhaust pipes as required. This nozzle allows fully automatic disconnection of the fire tender when the vehicle reaches a prescribed position down the track. It can also be manually disconnected at any time with a simple press of a simple pneumatic switch.
VSR - Vertical Exhaust Pipe Catchment Nozzle
The “V” shaped catcher guides the vehicles vertical tailpipe into the rail profile. The rail profile is a free floating system that allows side to side movement of the entire system and automatically aligns itself with the vehicle’s tailpipe. Everything is automatic and you never touch a thing.
Rubber Exhaust Grip Damper (REGD)
This REGD incorporates an elliptical flexible rubber moulding complete with an integral clamping mechanism for positive connection. It allows for exhausts to be clamped without the external face of the exhaust pipe being damaged or scratched and for connection to awkwardly positioned tailpipes. A quality graduated damper complete with rubber seal allows the nozzle to be closed when not in use and protect system pressure. It is available in two sizes at the clamping end, 115mm and 160mm diameter and is ideal for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles. Hose ends are available in 75mm, 100mm, 125 & 150mm diameters. An REG model is available without the damper for single point systems.
Vertical Stack Nozzle
When vehicle exhaust fumes are discharged from a vertical exhaust stack a drop-on metal nozzle is recommended. The AES stacker nozzle is available in two sizes and can accommodate vehicle exhausts up to 250mm dia.
Safety Disconnect Connection Adaptor - (SDCA)
The SDCA is a special safety disconnect coupling allowing disconnection without damaging the main system equipment. Easily resettable when required. Available in 100mm, 125mm and 150mm diameters.
