The AES series of Air Filtration System units are designed to service a multitude of industries with a series of modular units that can be tailored to suit many applications. Some of the industries that these products have being used in include the following:-
Manufacturing-
To Filter out smoke and fumes created by weld cells, hot plate welders, sonic welding applications, and many more. They also eliminate coolant and oil mist in machining and grinding areas, as well as the mist and odour created by draw oil in metal stamping and spinning facilities.
Metal fabrication shops-
To Filter out welding and plasma cutting smoke, as well as grinding dust and other harmful contaminants.
Metal polishing/finishing-
Most metal/aluminum polishing processes create an extremely fine dust that creates a smoke-like haze throughout the entire facility. Our products are designed to filter these contaminants out of the air by maintaining a consistent air current throughout the facility.
Woodworking/ cabinetry shops-
Sawdust and thick wood smoke is quickly captured by our filtration units with our “trained air” method to ensure that the air quality in the building is maintained.
Bodyshops-
The sanding dust that body shops create is also easily managed by the same methods as are use in woodworking and polishing environments.
Because these products are designed to use standard filter sizes we are able to easily provide customers with the correct filter efficiencies that they need for their specific application. Standard Unit- Uses two 4” (100mm) pleated filters and no bag filters.

Straight Intake Unit- Filters are put in from the ends and bags as deep as 22” (510mm) can be used in combination with 4” (100mm) pleated filters.

Angled Intake ‘Double Pleats’- This configuration has many of the same features as the Angled Intake above but rather than blocking off the extra hole in the intake this unit holds four pleated filters!
